Client: Gielissen
Apparently (I’ve never been there fore obvious reasons) The Provinciehuis Zuid-Holland was in desperate need of a renovation, or so the employees told me. It took Gielissen and the other contractors about two years to get the job done, since it’s a massive building. The interesting part is that Gielissen worked with a lot of different designers, all having their own unique take on sustainability. For example a table top made of mango-peels.
It took me a full day and hundreds of pictures to capture the entire interior. A small take below.
